Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.
Q: How is my order being shipped to me?
Your order will be shipped UPS Ground unless you have made special arrangements with us.
Q: How do I request a refund or return?
We will be glad to process your request for a refund as quickly as possible. All merchandise or apparel can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is not worn or used. Damaged product may be returned by contacting the service dept.and will be returned or exchanged at no cost of the customer.

When requesting a refund, please be sure to provide the amount of your refund request, your name, address, zip, and daytime phone number so that we can contact you in case we have any questions. We cannot process your request without this information.

Please allow 2-4 weeks after we receive your package for your refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We gladly accept Visa or MasterCard for our customers convience so we can proccess your order quickly. Orders also can be mailed to Billiards Wear by request on our website. Please make all checks payable to "Billiards Wear" and please include your email address or phone number so once we receive you order by mail we can contact to with the total charges including shipping.
